Orders are confirmed once pricing, specifications and payment terms are agreed, typically requiring an advance payment before production begins (owner to confirm exact terms). Payment is arranged directly with us and not processed through this website.

Cancellations

Because most orders are customized to your specification, cancellation after production has started may not be possible, or may be subject to charges for work already completed and materials used. Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of order (owner to confirm the specific policy).
