Frequently asked questions
How is pricing decided for trophies, medals and custom gifts?
Pricing depends on the material, size, quantity and the customization involved (engraving, colour printing, moulding, etc.). We don't publish fixed price lists because most orders are customized — share your requirement over WhatsApp or the enquiry form and we'll get back with a quote, usually the same day.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product. Bulk items like medals and lapel pins are most cost-effective from around 50–100 pieces upward, but we also take single-piece orders for individual trophies and mementos (owner to confirm exact MOQ thresholds by product line). Tell us your quantity and we'll confirm whether it's workable and what it costs.
Can I customize the logo, text, colours and design on my order?
Yes — logo engraving, printed or embossed text, brand colours and custom shapes are all part of our standard process, not an add-on. Since engraving and printing happen in-house, we can accommodate most custom requests; anything unusual, just ask before ordering.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest engraving and print results. High-resolution PNG or JPG (300 DPI or higher) also works for most jobs. If you only have a low-resolution logo or a photo of a printed one, send it anyway — we'll tell you if it needs to be redrawn first.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard orders typically take a few days to a couple of weeks depending on quantity and customization, plus transit time to your city. If you have a fixed event date, share it upfront — we plan production backward from your deadline and will tell you honestly if a timeline isn't achievable rather than promise and miss it.
Do you deliver outside Gujarat?
Yes — we ship pan-India, to all 28 states and 8 union territories, from our facility in Vadodara. Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier serviceability, which we confirm at the time of quoting.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, we issue proper GST invoices for all orders, which most corporate, institutional and government buyers need for their accounting. Let us know your GSTIN and billing details when you place the order.
What are the payment terms?
We typically ask for an advance to confirm production on a customized order, with the balance due before or on dispatch (owner to confirm exact terms — advance percentage, accepted modes such as UPI/bank transfer). We don't process online card payments on this website; payment is arranged directly once your order is confirmed.
Can you match a reference design or sample I already have?
In most cases, yes. Share a photo or file of the design, trophy shape or medal style you're referring to, and we'll tell you how closely we can match it and what it would cost to produce.
What happens right after I submit an enquiry?
Our team reviews your requirement and typically responds the same working day with pricing, customization options and an estimated timeline — usually over WhatsApp or a call, whichever you prefer.
